New Earth Matters magazine lands

The new issue of Earth Matters, the membership magazine for Friends of the Earth, is reaching readers this week, showcasing a new design by the team at James Pembroke Media.

Working with the Friends of the Earth team to reflect recent reader research and the organisation’s brand guidelines, we created a new template for Earth Matters making the most of the distinctive, bright brand style and packing content into the A5 format in an accessible and engaging way. As well as the redesign, JPM was involved in the content planning, writing, editing and proofing of the magazine, creating a new structure that gives better pacing and flow as well as more valuable ad placement.

The Spring edition of the biannual magazine covers the success of the anti-fracking Nanas; a guide to FoE’s Climate Action Plan and how readers can join their local action groups; the work of the FoE legal team; and an interview with the outgoing CEO, Craig Bennett.
