As autumn draws in and thermostats go up across the UK, we’re extending a warm welcome to new client the Chartered Institute of Heating and Plumbing Engineering, which has picked James Pembroke Media to revamp its communications.
“Going through a tender process for the services related to our professional publication and our wider organisation communications strategy was a big project for the CIPHE,” said Tim Sainty, membership director of the CIPHE. “JPM stayed in contact throughout, giving us room to establish our priorities while making it clear they were extremely interested in working together.
“We always wanted the end result of the tender process to be a refresh of the way we communicate with our members and stakeholders, so we were delighted when JPM submitted a proposition that included a multi-channel approach. During subsequent meetings they have given us the necessary confidence that we can work in partnership to deliver on our organisational strategic aims and objectives. These are exciting times for CIPHE and we can’t wait to get started.”
